Triangle United Telugu Association (TUTA NC) is a nonprofit cultural and service organization formed to unite Telugu-speaking families across the Research Triangle region of North Carolina. We promote Telugu language, cultural heritage, youth leadership, women empowerment and community service.

  • Founded in 2016 to serve Telugu families in North Carolina.
  • Registered as a nonprofit organization in 2018.
  • Organizes large cultural festivals like Ugadi, Sankranti, Bathukamma & Diwali.
  • Runs educational programs to preserve Telugu language and values.
  • Develops youth leadership through mentorship and volunteering.

  • Leads humanitarian food drives and community service activities.

Foundation of TUTA
Triangle United Telugu Association (TUTA) was officially founded to unite Telugu families across the Triangle region and promote Telugu culture.
2018
Registered as Non-Profit
TUTA became a registered nonprofit organization and expanded community programs including Patashala and cultural festivals.
2020
Community Support During Pandemic
Annadatha food drives, emergency assistance, and virtual education programs supported families during COVID-19.
2022
Youth & Women Leadership Growth
Bhavita youth leadership and Vanitha women empowerment programs saw record participation across North Carolina.
2024
1,800+ Active Families Milestone
TUTA crossed 1,800+ active families with large-scale festivals, education programs, charity initiatives, and volunteer leadership.
